At Starkville Physical Therapy, we strive to provide excellent customer service and quality care in a friendly, professional environment. We are committed to performing a comprehensive evaluation and creating a specialized treatment plan for each patient. We employ traditional therapy treatments, but also utilize various other manual techniques including ASTYM, Spinal Manipulation, TMR, PRRT and Dry Point Needling.
Hilary Rendon opened SPT in 2006, and Russ Huddleston joined her in 2012. Being Starkville natives, it is important to them that SPT provide the highest standard of therapy, and consider it a privilege to be a part of the Starkville healthcare community

Hilary Rendon
Owner and Physical Therapist
Hilary has served the public since 1992 in Mississippi, Alabama and Germany. An experienced physical therapist and dedicated member of the Starkville community, she has worked in several venues including home health, nursing home and student health, and has been in private practice since 2006.
Hilary has a special interest in orthopedics, spinal manipulation, chronic pain syndromes and general conditioning. She strives to ensure each patient receives a specialized treatment plan to include manual therapy if needed as well as a home exercise program.
Hilary is certified in High Velocity Spinal Manipulation, ASTYM, Dry Point Needling, PRRT, TMR. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Mississippi Physical Therapy Association, the Private Practice Section of APTA.
Russ Huddleston
Partner and Physical Therapist
Russ Huddleston, PT, joined Hilary and staff at Starkville Physical Therapy in 2012. Previously, Russ has served in the areas of home health, acute care, outpatient and specialized wheelchair seating & mobility.
He is certified in Dry Point Needling, High Velocity Spinal Manipulation, and ASTYM. Russ is certified by RESNA as an ATP (Assistive Technology Professional), specializing in the evaluation of patients for the proper seating and equipment choices for specialized manual wheelchairs and power wheelchairs. Russ is a member of the American Physical Therapy and MS Physical Therapy Association.
A Starkville native and Starkville Academy graduate, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Belhaven University in 1993. He received a Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 1995. He is married to the former Shelly Brown, also of Starkville. They have 3 daughters, Tiffany, Hannah and Gracie.
