Mini-Band lateral resistance tubing has a durable design – the bands will stretch up to 3 times their length.

 

 

  • Mini Exercise Bands are 9" L x 2" W. Use them for lateral steps, leg extensions and shoulder stabilization exercises.
  • The Monster Band is 20" L. Use it for monster walks or for people over 6'2".
