After going through surgery in 2009, I had a chance to see firsthand just how imperative it is to continue therapy on my own. Thanks to months of intense continued therapy, my shoulder has never felt better. Today I participate in sports without restrictions, getting back to the activities I love most like golf and weight training. Without continuing my therapy at home, I can tell you I wouldn't have reached my goals.

Amazed by the power of the Internet, I began my extensive research with a vision to give something special to society. Seeing sites like YouTube, Google, and Facebook provide free services for people to connect and share information was the start of my inspiration. My idea of uniting physical therapists to build a collective archive of educational videos explaining injuries and proper rehab technique gave me great drive.
